OUR MISSION
Through its rich collection of scientific instruments and the activities it carries out, the Giovanni Poleni Museum aims not only to make centuries of physics between Padua and the world known but proposes a broad and interdisciplinary vision of knowledge, outside the traditional boundaries between disciplines. Our museum also aims to play a social role: thanks to the instruments of yesterday and today, it intends to build new bridges between people and cultures, and stimulate the critical spirit of young and old, provoking reflections and discussions on the current relationships between science and society.
